About The Position

Netwrix is seeking an accomplished product manager to define and drive the strategy for Netwrix Auditor, the compliance-audit and security-investigation backbone of Netwrix Security. The role owns the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for a highly rated product, including its migration to a true multi-tenant SaaS offering. The product supports compliance teams with curated, audit-ready evidence and helps security operations analysts with near-real-time alerting and interactive forensic investigation. Its auditing covers activity, access, and configuration changes across Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, file servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure, with data security posture management capabilities supporting that mission. The Product Manager will align product strategy with company priorities and market needs, lead discovery with customers and stakeholders, coordinate delivery and integrations with engineering, and work with Sales and Customer Success on the migration to the 1Secure SaaS platform. The role will define and monitor measures including renewal rate, audit-preparation time reduction, investigation mean time to resolution, and SaaS conversion rate. It will also champion AI-driven investigation and compliance-reporting automation and align Auditor's DSPM capabilities with Netwrix's broader DSPM and SaaS platform vision.
