About The Position

As a Performance Strategy Consultant, you will report to the Senior Director - Process Optimization and Automation, under the Executive Vice President - Value Creation. As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a central role in the deployment and evolution of the Beneva Value Creation System (BVCS). You will leverage in-depth expertise in performance management to evaluate, interpret, and contextualize data, thereby informing strategic decision-making. Your ability to approach business issues from a broad perspective will enable you to identify innovative solutions tailored to the complex realities of the organization. Autonomous in your interventions, you will act as a trusted partner to managers, supporting the implementation of initiatives that generate tangible value. You may also lead projects or mobilize functional teams when required. You will actively contribute to strengthening the performance culture and ensuring accountability for corporate results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration (Operations Management concentration), Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement, organizational performance, or process re-engineering.
  • Skills in statistical process analysis and financial analysis (costs, benefits of improvement projects).
  • Significant experience in coaching and group facilitation.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Pilot performance measurement: ensure the rigor and consistency of measurement across the entire Value Creation System, from needs assessment to initiative completion.
  • Analyze and understand: collaborate with sector managers to interpret performance results and draw strategic conclusions.
  • Contextualize data: transform raw information into clear, actionable analyses to guide the decisions of managers and process owners.
  • Evaluate the impact of improvements: determine if implemented initiatives are achieving the expected benefits in terms of efficiency and value creation.
  • Standardize measurement: establish and harmonize practices to ensure consistency in data collection, analysis, and comparison of results.
  • Recommend the right methods: propose innovative and proven approaches to reliable and optimize the use of performance data.
  • Share best practices: disseminate and influence the adoption of best practices in performance management throughout the organization.
  • Develop people and tools: design monitoring and measurement tools and act as a coach to managers to promote their effective use.
  • Carry out or collaborate on complex performance and value creation projects using recognized methods.
  • Recommend the evolution of organizational practices to meet internal and external challenges.
  • Guide teams through all phases of initiatives and make necessary decisions to ensure benefits are achieved.
  • Exercise strong leadership on methods, tools, and techniques to maximize performance and value creation.
  • Support managers in work organization and change management, fostering alignment between strategic objectives and execution.
