About The Position

As an Expert Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing how the organization uses workforce and culture data to understand the coworker experience and drive measurable improvement. You will transform complex data into actionable enterprise insights by identifying trends, patterns, relationships, and emerging opportunities that extend beyond traditional reporting. In this role, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate findings into clear recommendations, identify where targeted interventions and resources can have the greatest impact, and establish meaningful ways to measure progress over time. Through advanced analytics, visualization, and storytelling, you will help leaders move from understanding what the data says to understanding why it matters, where to focus, and what actions are most likely to improve outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or job-related field or equivalent experience
6 years of related work experience
Demonstrated ability to create Lean visual management

Responsibilities

Performs analysis on highly complex data models that have cross- functional impact.
Applies advanced knowledge to a wide range of business issues.
Develop innovative data solutions to address complex business issues.
Presents findings and proposed recommendations to leaders.
Develop business cases in support of strategy or change initiatives.
Works with and leverages relationships with Directors and Managers across functions / PG&E.
Manages cross-functional projects or initiatives.
May provide direction and coaching to other Business Analysts.
