About The Position

Expert Systems Integrators support the Government by leading and overseeing the integrity of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise. They lead and oversee planning, implementation approaches, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for total cloud services, systems or subsystems using defined processes and tools. They provide end-to-end system development life cycle support to the program.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent Expert level, 18 years' experience as a Systems Integrator can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 18+ years' relevant experience as a Systems Integrator.
  • Experience Integrating solutions using Cloud Based Technology such as: Service Orientated Architecture (SOA), On-demand self-service, Broad network access, Resource pooling, Rapid elasticity, Measured Service, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
  • Must demonstrate hands on experience in architecting and building large scale, service-oriented software products.
  • TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages. To include the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), System Modeling Language (SysML).
  • Experience Integrating solutions using structured data and models
  • Experience in Data Science and Data Visualizations (to include Tableau, React, Python, Java) to create impactful analytic tools to make intelligence out of engineering data.
  • SAFe Agilist certification, OCSMP certification
  • Experience with IBM Rhapsody
  • Experience articulating concepts and implementation plans to senior leadership.
  • Technical & Problem-Solving Skills - Strong understanding of systems engineering and integration (SE&I) environments, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and presentation formats.
  • Relevant Mission/ Program Experience - Previous experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD programs, experience with NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or mission environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with leading and performing systems integration activities across the NSG, ASG and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT.
  • Assists with leading and overseeing a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains.
  • Assists with overseeing the preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
  • Oversees the work of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level contractor Integration Engineers.
