About The Position

Within the Strategy and Security Services department, as an Expert IT Architecture Security Consultant - Support, you will support a business sector in a security architect role. You will ensure the protection of information assets by implementing a set of security measures of various natures and complexities, which may rely on technical and organizational measures in accordance with security policies, directives, and standards, as well as legal frameworks. You have a curious mind and understand business challenges to integrate them into your work. With your broad skills and knowledge, as well as your understanding of security issues, you can recommend and prioritize a set of actions to apply adequate security controls and define security risk mitigation measures adapted to Beneva's reality. Through your pragmatism, you will ensure a better understanding of security needs, risks, and their impacts.

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Good knowledge of security reference frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, SCF, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • A security certification is an asset.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and knowledge of the SAFe framework are assets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services in cybersecurity for project execution and business sector evolution.
  • Document the security architecture of assets.
  • Evaluate the impacts of vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Assess the efficiency level of security controls associated with assets.
  • Maintain the information systems security level adapted to business sectors.
  • Understand security issues and identify risks related to an information system while considering business reality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Beneva's security posture.
  • Define security architectures for business and technological systems in close collaboration with business and solution architects.
  • Produce security opinions and present them to various approval levels.
  • Contribute to the accreditation of solutions under the sector's responsibility.
  • Identify preventive and corrective measures necessary to ensure compliance with Beneva's regulatory framework.
  • Perform security risk analyses based on threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Assist the sector with exception and derogation requests.
