About The Position

(U) Provide Tier 4 HPC support to Ft. Meade and UDC sites. This role involves configuration, tuning, testing, and advanced troubleshooting of high-performance file systems (XFS, GPFS, Lustre), HPC farm systems and associated applications (Nagios, xcat, failover software, compilers), distributed computing tools (RES, LSF, SLURM), and RedHat and Suse operating systems.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with both Polygraphs is required
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
• Bachelor’s degree + 10 years minimum experience, OR No Degree + 15 years minimum experience, OR Ten (10) years’ experience in a large and complex IT environment providing industry and government recognized functional expertise with the skills listed above.
• Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Working knowledge of HPC MPP systems.
