About The Position

Ciklum is seeking an Expert Automation QA Engineer to spearhead quality strategy and technical excellence within our LATAM division. You will support an American Tier-1 partner dominating the global arts and entertainment ticketing industry. This project involves high-transactional environments and massive scale, where your architectural decisions directly impact millions of users worldwide.

Requirements

• Expert-level command of testing ecosystems and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Puppeteer, Gatling)
• Deep expertise in Page Object Model (POM) and other architectural patterns applied to scalable test automation
• High proficiency in multiple programming languages, specifically Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Proven experience architecting CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated quality gates into DevOps workflows
• Extensive experience operating and validating distributed systems within AWS Cloud environments
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI development tools (specifically Claude Code) to revolutionize test generation and code analysis
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate technical vision to both developers and executives

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and Architecture leads to embed "Quality by Design" across the SDLC, driving Shift-Left and Shift-Right methodologies
• Architect, implement, and optimize sophisticated automation frameworks that ensure high stability and rapid feedback loop
• Lead complex regression strategies and root-cause analysis for high-priority defects to ensure seamless global operations
• Set the bar for engineering best practices, mentoring Senior and Junior engineers to elevate the overall technical maturity of the QA organization
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to streamline testing efficiency and product reliability
