You have excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. Bonus points for French or Spanish proficiency! Requirements

• Track record of relevant experience in food and beverage processing, preferably with an expertise in coffee and cacao.
• Authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional.
• Appreciates cultural differences and interacts with equality and respect.
• Eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances.
• Hands-on and can translate knowledge into a practical plan.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.
• Reside in the Netherlands.
• Registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP).
• Have Dutch basic health insurance.
• Must pass a prescreening (VOG).

Nice To Haves

• Expertise in coffee and cacao.
• French or Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle one or two projects each year, either on location or remotely via Microsoft Teams.
• Spend two weeks on-site with the client (for on-location projects).
• Share knowledge and experience to empower entrepreneurs and co-pilot their journey toward sustainable and inclusive business development.
• Leave a lasting impact on the community: socially, environmentally, and economically.
• Turn knowledge into a hands-on project plan.
• Expand horizons at sector days and build a network that’s as diverse as it gets.
