About The Position

As an expert financial performance consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing financial performance and monitoring investments by providing strategic expertise and high-value-added analyses. You will contribute to evolving practices, structuring approaches, and influencing decisions in complex contexts. You will have the opportunity to act as a reference in financial performance, while actively participating in innovation and continuous improvement of practices.

You will realize yourself in the following functions:
Act as a strategic partner in financial performance planning and monitoring
Influence decision-making using in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations
Lead cross-functional mandates with high impact in complex and evolving contexts
Support the identification, analysis, and prioritization of issues and investments
Assist team members in completing complex FP&A-related files
Contribute to the evolution, harmonization, and continuous improvement of practices and tools
Develop advanced analyses and integrate innovative approaches, including artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration or a related field
• Relevant professional designation (CPA or equivalent)
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in financial performance or FP&A
• Expertise in financial planning, modeling, investment analysis, and financial governance
• Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written
• Advanced mastery of the English language, both spoken and written
