About The Position

We are currently looking for a Power Platform Expert to join our high-performing team, passionate about innovation and challenging projects, in an environment that promotes both professional growth and personal fulfillment. As a Power Platform Expert, you will play a key role in designing and developing modern business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. You will transform our clients' business requirements into high-performing, user-friendly applications while taking ownership of the entire solution lifecycle.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, including Power Fx and reusable components
• Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling, role-based security, and calculated columns
• Solid experience with Power Automate, including custom connectors and HTTP requests
• The ability to accurately interpret and implement UI designs from Figma or similar design tools
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience integrating with systems such as Business Central, SharePoint, and REST APIs
• Excellent communication skills in French; functional English is considered an asset
• A high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, rigor, and a collaborative mindset
• A strong results-oriented approach and a customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' business needs and recommend appropriate Power Platform solutions
• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Power Apps, including pixel-perfect implementation based on UI mockups (Figma or equivalent)
• Develop reusable components and maintain a Canvas component library
• Leverage Power Fx to implement complex business logic
• Build advanced automation workflows with Power Automate, including HTTP and custom connectors
• Model and manage data in Dataverse, including tables, relationships, calculated columns, and role-based security
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as Business Central, SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs
• Perform testing, manage environments, and oversee deployments using Power Platform ALM pipelines
• Produce technical and functional documentation
• Support clients throughout solution adoption and provide post-deployment assistance
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of internal practices
