We're seeking an experienced expert development coach to work with professionals looking to grow their personal brand and build a thriving practice. This role includes helping clients with personal branding, public speaking, and communication skills, as well as goal setting, accountability, and time management to stay on track. Coaches also guide clients through business development strategy, marketing strategy, and client relationship management, while supporting leadership development and helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience building a business or personal brand as a recognized expert, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients turn expertise into impact. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
Requirements
- Experienced expert development coach.
- Hands-on experience building a business or personal brand as a recognized expert.
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
- Clear, structured approach to helping clients turn expertise into impact.
