About The Position

As an Expert Developer, you will be a key member of an agile development team, responsible for developing custom software applications, databases, and system enhancements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting application issues, implementing integrations, and supporting and optimizing Off-the-Shelf (OTS) software solutions. This role involves making high-level design decisions, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements. You will participate in the full development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.

Requirements

Microsoft .NET (C#)
ASP.NET/MVC

JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout, etc.)

Python
GIS Frameworks
CSS
Strong Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe, DAD preferred).
5+ years as a Lead Developer.
8+ years of experience with development technologies.
