About The Position

Aptura AI is seeking U.S.-based Primary Care Physicians to contribute to an upcoming AI project, starting in two weeks. This role offers U.S.-licensed clinicians the opportunity to help shape how AI interprets and supports real-world clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery. Through an expert network, participants will be matched to one of several AI initiatives based on their experience, subspecialty focus, and clinical background. They will collaborate with AI researchers to review, label, evaluate, and improve AI systems built to support healthcare professionals and strengthen patient outcomes. The role is fully remote and flexible, making it a good fit for physicians juggling clinical, academic, or research responsibilities. Aptura AI is dedicated to building clinically grounded AI, working closely with physicians to ensure systems are safe, accurate, and consistent with how clinicians actually think and practice. As a clinical expert, you will gain hands-on exposure to frontier AI model development, working alongside top researchers and medical professionals on projects that will meaningfully shape healthcare technology and practice. The next project kicks off in mid-April and involves bringing clinical expertise to the development of a high-quality clinical evaluation benchmark. The work includes synthetic patient persona validation, transcript realism and voice adherence review, medical rubric development, and LLM response evaluation. Everything is completed asynchronously through a dedicated labeling platform, using your own clinical judgment.
