About The Position
Aptura AI is seeking U.S.-based Internal Medicine Physicians to contribute to an upcoming AI project. This role offers U.S.-licensed clinicians the opportunity to influence how AI interprets and supports clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery. Through Aptura AI's expert network, individuals will be matched to AI initiatives based on their experience, subspecialty, and clinical background. They will collaborate with AI researchers to review, label, evaluate, and improve AI systems designed to support healthcare professionals and enhance patient outcomes. The position is fully remote and flexible, accommodating physicians with existing clinical, academic, or research commitments. Aptura AI focuses on developing clinically grounded AI systems, ensuring they are safe, accurate, and consistent with actual clinical thought and practice. Clinical experts in this network will gain hands-on experience in frontier AI model development, working with top researchers and medical professionals on projects that will significantly impact healthcare technology and practice.
Requirements
- MD licensed in the U.S. with an active state medical license
- U.S. Board Certified
- Solid familiarity with primary care or internal medicine workflows, documentation, and terminology
- Strong analytical, written, and clinical summarization skills
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Careful attention to detail and a commitment to clinical accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously within a distributed team
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
