About The Position

Aptura AI is recruiting U.S.-based Primary Care Physicians to join an upcoming AI project launching in two weeks. This is an opportunity for U.S.-licensed clinicians who want to help shape how AI understands and supports real-world clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery. As part of our expert network, you'll be matched to one of several AI initiatives based on your experience, subspecialty interests, and clinical background. You'll work alongside AI researchers to review, label, evaluate, and refine AI systems designed to support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. The role is fully remote and flexible well suited to physicians balancing clinical, academic, or research commitments. At Aptura AI, we're building the next generation of clinically grounded AI. We partner directly with physicians to ensure these systems are safe, accurate, and aligned with real-world clinical reasoning. As a clinical expert in our network, you'll have hands-on exposure to frontier AI model development, collaborating with leading researchers and medical professionals on projects that will directly influence healthcare technology and practice. Our upcoming project launches in mid-April, with onboarding open now. You'll apply your clinical expertise to help build a high-quality clinical evaluation benchmark. The work spans synthetic patient persona validation, transcript realism and voice adherence review, medical rubric development, and LLM response evaluation. All tasks are completed asynchronously through a dedicated labeling platform, using your independent clinical judgment.
