Requirements

Higher education in a relevant field.
Knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing, CRO, and experimentation.
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.

Nice To Haves

Leadership skills or willingness to develop them are a bonus.
Advanced experience with goal, KPI, and metric tracking is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Lead the Experimentation team, ensuring alignment with business goals, KPIs, and revenue opportunities.
Own and drive the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, execution, analysis, and implementation.
Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells, and post-purchase experiences.
Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver optimization initiatives.
Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, insights, and performance analysis.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
