About The Position

Provide N/C programs for fabrication of machined parts. This role requires proficiency in CATIA V5 to program for 3 to 5 axis machines. The programmer will analyze blueprints and job orders before programming, compare results with original specifications, and efficiently program, test, and revise machine programming. Responsibilities include selecting machine type (3 to 5 axes), tooling requirements (for work holding purposes and part orientation), and cutting tool requirements. The ability to meet provided deadlines is essential, as is the ability to work effectively on a team and communicate clearly. On-machine support for program development is also a key function of this role. Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CATIA V5 to program for 3 to 5 axis machines
• 3-5 years CATIA 5 - 3-axis and 5-axis programming
• Ability to meet a provided deadline on time
• Able to work on a team and communicate effectively

• 5+ years CATIA 5 - 3-axis and 5-axis programming plus mill-turn
