About The Position

The Experiential Marketing Specialist is an entry-level, execution-focused role responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of Life Fitness and Hammer Strength customer experiences. Reporting to the Experiential Marketing Manager, this role focuses on logistics, coordination, on-site execution, and operational support across customer experiences (HUB and factory), trade shows, and brand activations. The Experiential Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring experiences are delivered seamlessly, on brand, and on time—while learning the fundamentals of experiential marketing through hands-on execution. This is a highly collaborative role ideal for a proactive "go-getter" who takes pride in handling the detailed logistical tasks required to create successful, memorable customer experiences. This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in experiential marketing, events, brand marketing, or project management.
  • A "no task too big or small" attitude. You are a self-starter who stays organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel 20% domestically.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. (event materials/assets).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting large-scale trade shows.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Event & Experience Execution: Support the end-to-end planning of customer visits (The Hub, Innovation Center, Minnesota Factory tours) and brand activations. Manage timelines, hospitality (hotels/meals), swag, and shipping logistics.
  • Logistics & Operations: Oversee the "behind-the-scenes" engine, including vendor sourcing, invoice tracking, event calendars, and the development of run-of-shows and playbooks.
  • Creative Support: Collaborate with internal teams to source and develop branded assets. Pitch fresh ideas to elevate the guest experience and assist with promotional content (email/social) for regional events.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to align stakeholders, book presenters for workshops, and keep project deliverables moving forward.
  • Measurement & Insights: Capture on-site content (photos/videos), gather attendee feedback, and assist in post-event reporting to help us constantly improve.
