About The Position

The Experiential team is a group bringing bold ideas to life and treats every opportunity as a way to create unforgettable moments of joy for e.l.f.ies everywhere. We’re looking for a highly organized, detailed oriented Experiential Marketing Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes to make it all happen. This role serves as the operational backbone supporting the experience team across e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and emerging brand verticals, ensuring our events run smoothly from strategy through execution. This role is rooted in operational excellence, supporting the team from strategy to execution by owning the details, managing the logistics, tracking details, and removing busywork so the team can focus on creative and big-picture thinking. You won’t be building the strategy (yet). You’ll be helping to bring it to life. If you’re typically the social chair of the group, love a checklist, timelines, travel and hospitality planning, and being the person who like to keep things on track, this role is for you.
