About The Position

The Director of Experiential Marketing & Industry Partnerships owns Zeta’s external industry presence - where the brand shows up, the audience it connects with, and how those moments translate into influence, relationships, and business growth. This leader is responsible for shaping and delivering Zeta’s most important industry engagements, including tentpole events, high-end C-suite experiences, executive thought leadership, and strategic partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of brand, sales, and executive engagement . It is both highly strategic and deeply hands-on: defining where Zeta should invest, designing differentiated experiences, orchestrating production teams and partners, and ensuring every moment reflects Zeta’s category leadership in AI-powered marketing. Success is measured not just by execution quality, but by impact on brand perception, executive relationships, and pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in experiential marketing, integrated marketing, partnerships, or field marketing within B2B tech, SaaS, data, media, or marketing ecosystems.
  • Proven experience using industry events, executive experiences, and partnerships as strategic growth drivers, not just executional programs.
  • Deep understanding of industry ecosystems (CMOs, agencies, hold ing companies , partners, platforms) and how influence and visibility are built within them.
  • Established connections to industry partners in the marketing, advertising, AI and SaaS space.
  • Strong executive presence, judgment, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own Zeta’s industry presence across tentpole events, high-end C-Suite experiences, and strategic partnerships, from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Define the “why” behind every moment : target audience, connection to brand and business priorities, experience design, and success metrics.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team , providing clear direction, mentorship, and operational rigor while fostering creativity and ownership.
  • Lead and orchestrate production for on-site industry experiences, managing internal teams, external agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand execution.
  • Leverage partners to secure high-impact speaking opportunities , visibility , and thought leadership platforms for Zeta executives at industry tentpoles.
  • Drive premium CMO and executive experiences and thought leadership in close alignment with Sales and leadershi p to deepen relationships that accelerate growth.
  • Serve as a key partner for Zeta Live, Zeta’s flagship conference, incl uding partner with Sales on audience strategy and communications, work with Marketing on executing the integrated marketing plan in relation to the conference , and be available to support Zeta Live team needs.
  • Set priorities, make tradeoffs, and ensure experiences reflect Zeta’s brand differentiation and growth goals.
  • Measure and report impact , partnering with Marketing Operations to track brand lift, relationship depth, and pipeline influence tied to experiential and partnership investments.
