About The Position

The Experiential Marketing Specialist creates and maintains best-in-class experiential marketing tools for Springs Window Fashions, with a primary focus on dealer channel brands. This role ensures sample books (physical reference guides showcasing product materials) align with overall program and brand strategy, and leads the development, execution, and lifecycle management of new tools as well as maintenance of existing ones. This role stays attuned to technological advancements and identifies opportunities to strategically implement new technologies within the program to improve the overall experience. As the primary steward of the sample book program, this role partners cross-functionally with Channel Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure tools reflect launch storytelling, meet program standards, deliver on time, and satisfy quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Management, Business, Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising, marketing, product management, project management, or related discipline.
  • Experience drafting specifications, including to-scale mock-ups for project quoting.
  • Experience working with external suppliers.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, operations, marketing, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage project budgets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing sampling programs, swatching programs, or other complex physical goods preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sample book program for assigned brands, from project specification and quoting through launch readiness, including all milestones in between.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve tools, based on consumer insights, channel and sales feedback, and business performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for sample book initiatives across Channel Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, and external partners.
  • Manage the lifecycle of assets from concept through deployment and retirement, and develop a long-term strategy to support this process, including technological advancements.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Partner with Brand Strategy, Channel Marketing, and Product Management to ensure sampling experiences support product launches, promotions, assortment changes, and other brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all selling tools accurately reflect brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity while balancing cost considerations.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services to provide clear artwork direction, along with the time and assets needed to support overall project timelines.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure materials arrive on time to support sample book production.
  • Keep Channel Marketing and Product Management informed throughout the process, ensuring clarity on required actions and delivery timelines to support their communications and business needs.
