The Experiential Marketing Specialist supports the execution and development of on-property marketing initiatives by translating operational programming into structured, marketable guest experiences. This role helps bridge Marketing and Operations, ensuring activations, events, and seasonal offerings are clearly defined, elevated, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy. This is not a traditional event planning role and does not own operational programming; instead, it supports by organizing, enhancing, and preparing experiences for marketing amplification.
