Requirements

Must have at least 3 years experience welding.
Must be well organized and have good communication skills.
Must be self-motivated.
Must have knowledge of the use of hand tools and power equipment.
Must have good attention to detail.
Must have good mathematical skills.
Must work well as a team player.
Must be able to attain ASME welding certification.

Nice To Haves

Five years of welding experience.

Responsibilities

Layout, set-up, and weld sheet metal and heavy plate fabrications per blueprint.
Operate all required fabrication equipment.
Weld multiple applications such as hand welding, manipulator welding, and positioner welding of pressure vessels per ASME specifications.
Use a variety of hand power tools and measuring instruments.
Inspect and clean up their work to ensure quality.
