About The Position

Serv-All Water Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring a dependable, experienced residential installer in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is primarily an installation role, not a sales position. The installer will work with residential water softeners and water-conditioning systems, under-sink reverse osmosis drinking water systems, residential tank and tankless water heaters, whole-home carbon and filtration systems, and related plumbing components. Occasional service, repair, and troubleshooting may also be required.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and offers $25–$27 per hour depending on experience, with approved overtime opportunities. Serv-All has served Las Vegas since 1978 and describes its team as valuing craftsmanship, accountability, reliability, and respect for customers. The role includes a company vehicle for assigned work (not a take-home vehicle), a company phone, uniforms, health insurance and other available employee benefits subject to plan eligibility, and a 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution subject to plan terms. Training and growth opportunities are available; performance bonuses may be offered if a program is established, but are not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Hands-on residential plumbing or water-treatment installation experience.
• Ability to complete installations safely and efficiently.
• Comfort with plumbing connections, startup, testing, leak checks, cleanup, and customer communication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Ability to perform essential physical job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and water heaters.
• Tankless water heater experience; a plus.
• ServiceTitan experience; helpful but not required.
• Applicants need not be experts in every equipment category.

Responsibilities

• Install residential water softeners and water-conditioning systems.
• Install under-sink reverse osmosis drinking water systems.
• Install residential tank and tankless water heaters.
• Install whole-home carbon and filtration systems.
• Install related plumbing components, including PRVs, expansion tanks, angle stops, piping, and fittings.
• Complete plumbing connections, system startup and testing, leak checks, cleanup, and customer communication.
• Perform occasional service, repair, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Perform essential physical job duties safely and efficiently.
