About The Position

Abby Road Hot Springs, Arkansas' No.1 Vape & Smoke Shop, established since 1996 with locations throughout the State, and 3 in Hot Springs, is looking for an Experienced Vape Shop Sales Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, punctual, and engaged. This is a full-time position with expected hours between 40-42 hours per week. Shift lengths can vary and overtime is often available. Advancement opportunities are always available for good performance and for those who provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Reliable Transportation and Valid Drivers License.
Open Availability Monday thru Sunday.
Must have Vape Shop Retail Experience.
Must have Vape and Smoke Shop knowledge.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Neat and clean appearance suitable for a retail environment.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Able to problem solve as issues arise.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and during downtime.

Responsibilities

Opening and closing stores.
Maintains scheduling commitments.
Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
Assist customers by asking questions and showing them products.
Educate customers by providing accurate information on our products.
Processes payments by totaling purchases; correctly processing cash, credit cards and store gift cards.
Use good judgment to solve customer service issues, product issues and when processing a return.
Merchandising, stocking and cleaning.
