About The Position

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is hiring an equipment technician for its Test Technology team. The technician will support all aspects of test operations, including work on probers, testers, and probe cards. Duties may include changing and repairing probe cards, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing or replacing equipment parts. The role also requires strong computer skills for reviewing data trends and using software for fab operations. A high level of safety awareness and a strong quality mindset are expected.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working on TEL, Keysight, Teradyne, and Advantest equipment.
• Safety and quality mindset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment.
• Passion for learning and independently finding resources to increase skill level.

• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain test floor operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
