Requirements

• Previous professional automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Ford dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Ford certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform mechanical, electrical, maintenance, and diagnostic repairs
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify additional repair needs
• Use modern diagnostic equipment and technical information systems
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay current with Ford technology, repair procedures, and training
