The Experienced Tax Preparer provides exceptional client service while preparing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns. The role uses tax expertise, business background, and knowledge of tax laws to support clients in a fun, fast-paced environment. The position offers flexible scheduling, tax preparation training, continuing tax education, and opportunities for advancement in an open, collaborative culture.
Requirements
- At least 2 tax seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn.

- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
