About The Position
Jackson Hewitt is seeking experienced tax preparers to provide exceptional client service while preparing tax returns in a fun, fast-paced environment. The role offers flexible scheduling, hourly pay with a competitive bonus program, and opportunities for advancement. Tax preparers can also access training and continuing education. Most locations are operated by independent franchisees, which make their own employment decisions and set their own employment policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
