About The Position
Jackson Hewitt is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers to provide client service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to use tax expertise, business background, and knowledge of tax laws while helping clients with tax preparation. The position also offers opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the organization. Jackson Hewitt is an industry-leading provider of individual federal and state income tax preparation, with nearly 6,000 locations. Most locations are operated by independent franchisees, which are separate employers responsible for their own employment policies and decisions. The listing specifies that PTIN certification is required.
Requirements
- At least 2 tax seasons of prior experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn.
