TheKey is currently hiring experienced Spanish-speaking caregivers (CNA/PCA/HHA) to support clients in Miramar and surrounding areas. We offer top pay rates starting at $15-16 per hour and flexible scheduling options including full-time and part-time for days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Eligible to work in the US
• Must comply with state background screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Provide companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Offer transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
