Job Summary: We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Kindred Resort is a visionary development with a mission to be the most welcoming luxury hospitality experience through extreme kindness and active excellence. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. As an F&B Server, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences that reflect our commitment to extreme kindness and active excellence. Whether you're serving a crafted cocktail or sharing your love for the mountains, you’ll help foster genuine connections between guests, team members, and the community.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous restaurant experience preferred
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a dynamic team
- Fluent English required; bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience
- Share enthusiasm for the outdoors and the Kindred mission during guest interactions
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to align with service goals and team updates
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations
- Accurately enter orders using the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
