We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages with precision and warmth, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. This role supports the resort’s mission of connection and elevated hospitality through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous bartending experience required
- Desire to learn and grow in a luxury hospitality setting
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar throughout the shift
- Engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Support team operations and assist with inventory and restocking
- Perform other duties as assigned
