Job Summary: We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. Our goal is to spark elevated experiences that welcome all kindred spirits. As a Host or Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming dining experience. This role offers the chance to learn multiple aspects of food and beverage operations in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Whether managing reservations or supporting the flow of service, you’ll help deliver an Experience of a Lifetime.

Requirements

1-3 years of previous restaurant or guest service experience preferred
Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Fluent English communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs
Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression
Manage reservations and waitlists with courteous and efficient phone and in-person communication
Monitor dining room flow and pace to ensure smooth seating and guest satisfaction
Support servers and attendants by coordinating table turns and offering assistance as needed
Acknowledge departing guests with genuine appreciation and kind remarks
Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and follow leadership guidance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe host station and front-of-house area
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
