Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible retail schedule.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional vehicle buying experience from start to finish.
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, financing options, and delivery.
- Follow up with leads, previous customers, and referrals to generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory, technology, and manufacturer incentives.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
