About The Position
This position is for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in the Ortho Neuro Surgical Unit. The unit is comprised of orthopedic, neurological, and med-surg patients and has 29 beds with remote telemetry monitored by a central monitoring unit. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. The role emphasizes the calling of nursing, problem-solving, skill development, and seeing immediate patient recovery results. The hiring team is excited to learn what the candidate will bring to this critical nursing role.
Requirements
- Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
