Oklahoma Children’s Hospital is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Nightshift Manager – Nursing Operations to lead and support our House Administrative Coordinator and Vascular Access Service teams. This role is part of a newly aligned Nursing Operations structure designed to enhance coordination, operational efficiency, and patient care delivery across the organization. The Nightshift Manager will partner closely with Nursing Operations leadership to provide operational oversight, staffing support, and clinical leadership during nightshift hours. An OU Health Manager of Nursing manages the day-to-day clinical operations of their department, maintaining nursing practice standards and upholding the nursing code of ethics to ensure the highest quality of safe, patient care delivery.
