As a member of this team, you will assist these professionals in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of your assigned patients. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Successfully pass all prescreen competency assessments
- two years of recent experience in an acute care setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
