Requirements

Residential plumbing service experience preferred
Experience mentoring or supporting other technicians preferred
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, drains, sewer, and water systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine the best solutions for customers
Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and water systems
Perform drain cleaning and sewer-related plumbing services
Install and modify piping systems for water, sewer, and gas applications
Assemble and install fittings, valves, and plumbing components
Recommend appropriate plumbing solutions based on customer needs, budget, and system requirements
Educate customers on repair options and help them make informed decisions
Mentor and support plumbing helpers, apprentices, and fellow technicians
Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members
Support quality standards and best practices within the department
Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle
Maintain proper inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment
Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership
Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
