About The Position

Walmart is hiring Experienced Refrigeration Technicians in Georgia. Relocation opportunities are available. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing commercial HVAC/R systems to protect comfort and food safety. Technicians will respond to issues, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, and perform preventive maintenance across assigned locations to prevent downtime.

Requirements

• 2 plus years of commercial HVAC or refrigeration experience
• Universal EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) or EPA Type I and II certification for refrigerant handling
• Confident using gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools to find electrical and mechanical issues
• Comfortable working on rooftop units, refrigeration racks, compressors, and control systems
• Proud of quality work, safety, and code compliance
• Able to work independently, manage calls, and prioritize urgent repairs
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
