About The Position

Experienced Quality Records Accountability Analyst-2 Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Performs activities to document aircraft status through verification of maintenance procedures, practices, data and completion of records. Performs analyses and applies aircraft and regulatory knowledge to support the determination of documentation requirements for maintenance, inspection, repair and modification of aircraft. Oversees records for the verification of modification, reviews aircraft airworthiness, assures aircraft configuration. Reviews aircraft return to service and maintenance documents. Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials as required. Supports the research and evaluation of organizational issues of moderate scope and complexity. Provides data to ensure informational visibility. Participates in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet departmental requirements. Other tasks as requested by leadership. Works under limited supervision.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience with aircraft Logs and Records
  • Able to travel 10% of the time or more
  • Completion of US military A school C-555-2010 (Aviation Maintenance Administration)
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Nice To Haves

  • 4-6 years’ experience with aircraft log and records, Technical Directives, and Technical Library duties.
  • 4+ years’ experience with U.S. Navy or USMC aviation logistics, maintenance and acquisition practices
  • 4+ years’ experience maintaining F/A-18E/F, EA-18G Aircraft Logs, and Records Books
  • Experience with FA-18EF aircraft.
