Experienced Private Duty Caregiver - Concierge Home Care

CompassCare LLC is seeking compassionate, professional, and dedicated caregivers to provide outstanding, personalized care and companionship to private clients in Manhattan, NYC. Our clients value personalized attention, discretion, professionalism, and exceptional service. CompassCare is a concierge private-duty home care company serving older adults throughout Manhattan, Westchester County, and Fairfield County, CT. We are dedicated to helping clients live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes while providing exceptional, personalized care. Our caregivers are compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional personalized care. They work alongside a dedicated Client Team and receive ongoing support to help clients stay active, engaged, and independent.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum of 2 years of private-duty, one-on-one senior caregiving experience, with a strong focus on personalized, high-quality care.
- Excellent professional references from previous caregiving positions.
- Ability to provide exceptional, personalized care while maintaining high concierge-level service standards.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in private households with high service expectations.
- Reliable transportation to client assignments, as needed.
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification preferred.
- CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain before starting).
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level care, companionship, and meaningful engagement.
- Assist with enrichment activities, outings, and social events.
- Accompany clients to appointments when needed.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Follow individualized care plans and respect client preferences.
- Complete daily reporting and communicate with the Care Team.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality.
