Experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal

We currently have an opening for a Paralegal on our Employment Team. We are looking for an experienced paralegal who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, high follow-through, and has a through understanding of how the legal process works. Our paralegals work one-to-one with their assigned attorney, so you get a great opportunity to become your attorney's right hand.
Requirements
- 5+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, employment litigation experience a plus.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which is rarely).

Responsibilities
- Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
- Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and perform other assigned tasks.
