About The Position

We are looking for experienced paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. As an Experienced PDR Technician, you will be expected to utilize advanced glue-pulling techniques, perform hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and fix larger dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Training programs are available for entry-level positions to ensure skill and pay progression.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
