Requirements
- Class A and/or B level Mercedes-Benz technicians with 5-7+ years of experience in a dealership setting
- Up-to-date ASE and Mercedes-Benz certifications
- Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems
- Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Familiarity with Xentry and manufacturer-specific diagnostic platforms
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Use factory-approved tools and systems to ensure precision and compliance
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Document work performed accurately in the RO system
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a collaborative service culture
