Live Love RelaxAustin, TX
$32 - $52Onsite

About The Position

Live Love Relax is a therapist-owned, woman- and minority-led practice in North Austin, built by therapists for therapists who want to build a real career. The company understands what leads to burnout and what fosters longevity in the massage therapy field, creating a practice where therapists are treated as skilled professionals and their work genuinely changes lives. This role is for an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist looking for a supportive environment that feels like a home base for their practice. The position emphasizes protecting the therapist's body and career longevity through part-time schedules (8–14 hrs/week), ensuring sustainability is built into the work structure. Therapists will receive top-of-market, fully transparent pay with clear performance rubrics for advancement. The workspace is designed as a retreat with boho-style rooms, natural light, state-of-the-art hydraulic tables, premium linens, and aromatherapy. The team offers one-on-one mentoring with owners who are also practitioners, coaching, and a warm front-desk team to handle scheduling, intake, and logistics, allowing therapists to focus on their craft. Optional premium event work is available, and the practice offers real growth opportunities through quarterly performance reviews, objective raises tied to measurable metrics, and defined pay levels. The company is rooted in diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect, seeking long-term teammates who want to grow and deepen their craft.
