Experienced Line Cook -Full Time Dinner Service - 5 days a week

Requirements

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for culinary arts
• Flexibility to work during the summer months, with potential for extended or additional hours
• Excellent communication skills and reliability

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to meet aesthetic standards
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
• Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
