Experienced Flexo Operator
About The Position
The Press Operator safely and efficiently sets up, operates, and maintains flexographic presses to produce high-quality functional labels that meet customer requirements. The role follows established procedures for press setup, maintenance, and quality control and contributes to the smooth operation of the production department. The position works with Press Helpers and Finishing Operators and has no supervisory responsibilities. This is a second-shift role, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a $1.00-per-hour shift differential. The starting salary range is $24.00–$29.00 per hour, with actual compensation based on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to four years of related experience.
- Mechanical skillset.
- Analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Dependable and dedicated.
- Task orientation.

- Experience running Gallus presses.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain Comco and Gallus EM 260 (formerly Arsoma) flexographic presses safely and efficiently while meeting customer requirements for quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Perform routine Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and equipment cleaning as required.
- Work with Press Helpers and Finishing Operators.
- Accurately complete labor sheets, hour-by-hour tracking, and shift-change turnover.
- Participate in the biannual physical inventory count.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
