About The Position
AMRG Exteriors is seeking an Experienced Exterior Remodeling Consultant (ERC) for an Outside Sales role in Minnetonka, MN. This is a Full-Time, W-2 position with profit split and uncapped earning potential. AMRG Exteriors has been restoring Twin Cities homes since 2013, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters for both storm and retail projects. This role is ideal for an experienced closer who wants to focus on building pipeline and serving homeowners, with minimal administrative work.
Requirements
- 2+ years in exterior renovation sales.
- Documented annual closed sales of $1.5M–$5M+.
- Working knowledge of insurance restoration.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to safely inspect roofs.
- Self-starter who is driven, coachable, and team-first.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline daily through canvassing, prospecting, and working company-provided leads.
- Inspect exteriors, document findings, and build scopes in the CRM.
- Attend adjuster appointments and guide homeowners through insurance claims.
- Secure signed agreements and manage the customer relationship through final payment.
