About The Position

Paragon Construction is looking for an Experienced Exterior Carpenter to join our growing Outdoor Division. You'll work on high-quality residential remodeling projects including decks, porches, framing, windows, doors, exterior trim, additions, and outdoor living spaces. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional carpentry experience who takes pride in craftsmanship, shows up ready to contribute, and understands the importance of taking care of both the project and the customer. Paragon isn't a handyman service or a high-volume construction company. Requirements

At least 3 years of professional carpentry/construction experience
Solid residential framing and carpentry skills
Ability to read plans
Ability to measure accurately
Ability to solve problems in the field

Tackle substantial residential remodeling projects, including decks and outdoor living spaces, screened and covered porches, framing and structural carpentry, window and exterior door installation, exterior trim and finish work and improvements, and additions and other residential remodeling projects.
